My first Swadeshi Video

As a part of business communication assignment and NITIE's marketing interest group competition "MAHAMANDI 2020" we have prepared our first ever video on "SURATI UNDHIYU", a tasty delicacy presented from the streets of Surat
.
In this video we have depicted Undhiyu, a Gujarat mixed vegetable dish prepared with traditional spices from Gujarat. The traditional making process of Undhiyu in villages is also shown. We have portrayed how Undhiyu is made in the traditional way using inverted earthen pots " Matlu" as known in Gujarati in a bonfire.
Lastly, in this video we have discussed the price and the employment benefits it can generate.

To prepared this video we have used "KineMaster" application because of its easy to use interface and excellent video editing features as compared to other applications.

    There's no gujarati unaware about undhiyu...one of the best dish !!...Nice video must say..keep going !!!💯
